Francisco earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston. After graduation, he channeled his sharp attention to detail, love for craftsmanship, and natural ability to connect with people into the construction and remodeling industry — a decision that has defined his career ever since.
With several years of professional painting experience, Francisco brings a rare combination to every project: the precision of an engineering mindset, the integrity of deeply held Christian values, and a genuine passion for working with his hands. The result is craftsmanship that is both technically sound and thoughtfully executed.
When he's not on a job site, in his home office, or at church, Francisco enjoys time with his wife, family, and the great outdoors.
Julio brings over 30 years of hands-on experience in the construction field. He began his career as a carpenter, specializing in the building and installation of cabinetry and millwork — mastering the fine details that define a well-crafted home. After honing his skills with several major homebuilders, Julio launched his own general contracting business, where his expertise truly came into its own.
With decades of experience spanning every phase of construction, Julio possesses the rare ability to build a home from the ground up — and has done exactly that, leading teams in the completion of dozens of full builds, as well as smaller addition projects with lean, focused crews.
When he's not on a job site or at church, Julio enjoys time with his family and his favorite pastime — fishing.
